By relying on a sale deed dated 28.09.2007 and the extract from the Town Survey Land Register showing the name of the petitioner, after submitting an online application dated 12.08.2024 seeking a survey, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2. Learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the first respondent and Mr. S.Vidya Sagar, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the second respondent. Learned Government Advocate submits that the petitioner's application would be considered and disposed of after putting the owners of the adjacent lands on notice.

3. Upon examining the sale deed dated 28.09.2007 and the extract from the Town Survey Land Register, the petitioner has made out a case for consideration of the application.

4. Accordingly, the second respondent is directed to consider and act on the petitioner's online application within a period of twelve (12) 2/4

weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after putting the owners of all the relevant adjacent lands on notice.
