O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the first respondent to dispose the patta proceeding in B10/5576/2023 within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. At the instance of the petitioner's brother, the fourth respondent herein, a separate patta granted in the name of the petitioner in patta No.926 was cancelled and the name of the fourth respondent was included in the same vide order of the third respondent, dated 13.12.2023. Aggrieved by the said order, the petitioner filed revision petition before the first respondent in December 2023 and the same was numbered as B10/5576/2023. As no action was taken on the petitioner's revision application, the petitioner filed the above writ petition for the aforesaid relief.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, submitted that the proceedings have been initiated in the revision application and the enquiry in the said application is to be conducted 2/4

on 06.12.2024. Therefore, reasonable time may be granted to dispose of the application.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3, a direction is issued to the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's application on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
