RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court to the petitioner accused in the above said Crl.O.P.(MD).No.17553/2022 dated 30.09.2022 in connection with Cr.No.246/2022 on the file of the respondent police Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SEVUGARAJA R, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.T.SENTHIL KUMAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.17553 of 2022, dated 30.09.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submissions and nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.17553 of 2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice in a month i.e., on the first and third Saturday of every month at 10:30 a.m., until further orders. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
