ORDER

The petitioner has filed the instant writ petition seeking for a Mandamus to consider the representation for revoking the order of suspension which has been made as early as on 10.09.2024. The Government had issued G.O(Ms)No.81 [Human Resources Management Department], dated 04.08.2022 in the matter of suspension.

2. In view of the same, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 09.06.2025 in the light of G.O(Ms)No.81 [Human Resources Management Department], dated 04.08.2022 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above directions. There shall be no order as to costs.
