ORDER

Today, the learned Government Advocate (Civil side) for the respondents submitted that the interim order granted by this Court is complied with and the construction is stopped. He has also produced a copy of the communication dated 01.09.2025 sent by the Revenue Division Officer.

2. However, the learned counsel for the Municipality submitted that Municipality has not been impleaded in the writ petition. He further submitted that the construction is actually put up by the municipality and not by the District Collector. However, the said contention cannot be entertained in the contempt petition. If he is aggrieved, he is at liberty to implead Municipality as a party in the Writ Petition.

3. With the above observation, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
