Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent herein to proceed against the third respondent herein under the Revenue Recovery Act as per the proceedings of the second respondent herein in Na.Ka.No.B6/3363/2017, dated 17.08.2017 and consequently pay the petitioner's gratuity for a sum of Rs.3,81,389/- with 10% interest from 15.06.2011 within a time frame as fixed by this Court.
