This petition has been filed to quash the Crime No.373 of 2015 dated 25.11.2015 pending on the file of the first respondent. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner was arrayed as A3 in the FIR. However, during the enquiry, the respondent police found that the petitioner has not involved in the crime. Hence, they deleted the name of the petitioner in the final report.

3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original petition has been closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
