The petitioners herein, who are arrayed as accused Nos.1 to 3 and 6 in Crime No.42 of 2011, on the file of the first respondent Police has filed this petition seeking to call for the records pertaining to the above said Crime Number and quash the same.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent Police submitted that after completing the investigation in the said Crime Number, charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul, on 15.02.2018 and the same is yet to be taken on filed.
