Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.SELVIN RAJESH.J, Advocate for M/S.DICTUM LAW FIRM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.T.SENTHIL KUMAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to modify the condition in paragraph No.9 imposed in the order of this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.14754 of 2022, dated 09.11.2022.

CRL MP(MD) No.15773 of 2022 3.Considering the reason stated by the petitioners, the condition in paragraph No.9, imposed in the order of this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.14754 of 2022, is hereby modified to the effect that the petitioners shall produce two common sureties, instead of two sureties each for the petitioners and the other conditions imposed in Crl.OP(MD)No.14754 of 2022 shall remains unaltered. The time is also extended for a period of two weeks, from the date on which the order copy is made ready. Thereafter, no further extension will be given.

4.Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
