ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused No.1, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 03.11.2024, for the offence under Sections 6 r/w 5(1) and 5(f) of the POCSO Act and Section 9 of the Child Marriage Act and 506 (1) IPC in Crime No.25 of 2024, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks bail.

2. When this Court was not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought for permission of this Court to withdraw this petition

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the FIR itself was registered only on 02.11.2024 and the statement of the victim girl is yet to be recorded under Section 183 of BNSS Act.

4. In view of the above, this petition stands dismissed as withdrawn for the present.
