The prayer made in this Writ Petition is to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to remove the encroachment made by the fifth respondent in common pathway in Survey No.60/586 at Mohamathiyar North Street, 8th Ward, Mudukulathur, Ramanathapuram District by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 01.08.2017. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and the learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent jointly submitted that the encroachment made by the fifth respondent had already been removed by the authorities.
