PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.297/2024 on the file of the respondent police. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 316(2), 296(b), 115(2), 140(3), 140(2), 308(2) and 351(3) of BNS, in Crime No.297 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material records of the case.

3. The earlier anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD). No. 17384 of 2024 was dismissed on merits by an order dated 16.10.2024. Without there being change in circumstances, this Court cannot reassess the facts once again and pass orders on merits. Since there are no change in circumstances, this Court is not inclined to entertain this anticipatory bail petition. 2/3
