ORDER
Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.It is not necessary to interfere with the order impugned in this writ petition in view of the direction now proposed to be given. The petitioner has presented a sale deed in her capacity as power agent. The petitioner failed to enclose the relevant documents. That is why, the impugned order came to be passed. The petitioner is permitted to represent the documents in question along with the relevant documents. If it is otherwise in order, the second respondent shall take a call in the matter. The learned Additional Government Pleader would add that the document proposed to be re-submitted should contain the relevant recitals also.

3.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
