The petitioners are arrayed as Accused Nos.1,4,6,7 and 9 in Crime No.53 of 2011 on the file of the District Crime Branch, Dindigul. They filed this application in which they are seeking relief to quash the above said FIR as illegal.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) on instructions would submit that as of now, after completing investigation, charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.381 of 2013. Further, he submitted that after taking cognizance in the Magistrate Court, the case was transferred to the Special Court created for Land Grabbing Offences situated at Madurai.

3. The submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) is recorded. Hence, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Petitioner is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
