Heard the learned Counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner seeks cancellation of the patta issued during UDR in respect of the petition mentioned property. The learned Additional Government Pleader states that the enquiry is proposed to be held on 27.01.2023. Notice has been issued to all the interesed parties. Final order will be passed on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight (8) weeks. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is for the authority to pass an appropriate order on merits and in accordance with law. This writ petition stands disposed of.
