The impugned charge memo passed by the first respondent vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.2758/ep2/1/2017 dated 15.09.2017, is under challenge in the present Writ Petition.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate for the respondents submitted that on the basis of the charge memo issued against the petitioner, an enquiry was conducted. The Enquiry Officer found that the charges against the petitioner are not proved and further action was dropped against her. He further submitted that there is nothing to be adjudicated in this Writ Petition.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner also concedes that the charges have not been proved.

4. In view of the subsequent development that after conducting enquiry, the charges as against the petitioner have not been proved, nothing survives in this Writ Petition.

5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 12.08.2022 Index : Yes / No Speaking Order : Yes / No vji To
