ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to call for records pertaining to the First Information 1/4

Report in Crime No. 902 of 2021, dated 23.11.2021 on the file of the first respondent for the offences under Sections 341, 294(b), 323, 427, 448 and 506(i) IPC and quash the same as illegal as against the petitioner.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that after completing the investigation, charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vedasandur and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.117 of 2022.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report, if so advised. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 20.12.2022 das 2/4
