ORDER
The petitioner has approached this Court that the order of this Court in WP(MD).16605 of 2024 dated 24.07.2024, has not been complied with.
2. The petitioner filed the above writ petition challenging the order of the 7th respondent dated 20.02.2023. The writ petition was disposed of by an order dated 24.07.2024, and the relevant paragraph is extracted hereunder:
" Since the earlier direction itself is to dispose of the appeal at the earliest in order to avoid future inconvenience, I feel the third respondent is directed to complete the appeal after giving an opportunity to the petitioner to make his submission and pass order within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In view of the above exercise, the impugned order of the second respondent shall be kept in abeyance."
