ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking orders to quash the first information report in Crime No.223 of 2022, dated 06.07.2022 pending on the file of the respondent Police. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent submits that the investigation in Cr.No.223 of 2022 has been completed and charge sheet has also been filed, which is taken on file by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai, in S.T.C.No.3032 of 2025.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side), this criminal original petition is closed. The petitioners are at liberty to challenge the charge sheet, provided if they are having any grounds. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
