This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.10.2017. By the said representation, the petitioner has requested not to convene the general body meeting for the year 2017. 2.When the writ petition is taken up for hearing today, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3.Learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the period itself is over and as such, nothing survives. He further submitted that the general body meeting was not conducted and the Society is now administered by the Special Officer from August, 2023, onwards.
