Prayer in WP(MD). 19328/ 2019 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court Calling for the records relating to the impugned award dt.9.9.2017 passed in Lok Adalat Case No.6/2017 by the Lok Adalat conducted by the first respondent, the District Legal Services Authority, Ramnad and quash the same and to direct the thrid respondent to register the same in Book 1 in respect of subject properties in Survey No.182/1B, 182/1C, 182/2, 187/1D and 187/1C Alagankulam Village, Ramnad Taluk and District and consequently to fobear the 3rd respondent from registering any document of alienation or encumbrance by the respondents 4 to 7 and 16 in respect of the subject properties.

ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.J.BARATHAN, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order: - This petition has been filed to substitute the proposed parties as petitioners 1 to 4 in the place of the deceased sole writ petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.
