2. Mr.K.Sanjai Gandhi, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent-police, submits that Cr.M.P. No.81 of 2024 was closed invoking Section 14(iii) of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015 on 22.02.2024 by the Juvenile Justice Board, Madurai. 2/4
