Heard the learned counsel for the Writ Petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 to 3. 2.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, a Statue has been erected in the premises of Vivekananda Educational Society situated at Agasteeswaram, Kanyakumari District, which is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.18761 of 2017 and a patta land and no permission is required to be passed by the authority for such erection. However, an erroneous orders have been passed. Challenging the same, the Writ Petition has been filed.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the statue has been erected only in the petitioner's patta land and there is no need to obtain any permission from the authorities and the matter has become infructuous.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition and the same is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
