This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry except under due process of law 1/3

The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has earlier obtained anticipatory bail before this Court and since he has not complied with the conditions imposed by this Court, the respondent was in search of the petitioner and subsequently, he got extension order from this Court.
3. Recording the aforesaid submission, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
