O RDER This petition is filed seeking transfer of investigation in Crime No. 104 of 2022 from the file of the third respondent to some other competent authority on the basis of the representation given by the petitioner on 22.07.2022.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation has been completed final report was filed before the Special Court (PCR Court), Trichy, through e-filing No.5804 of 2022, dated 14.11.2022. Therefore, the prayer sought for in the present petition has become infructuous.

3.The Special Judge, (PCR Court), Trichy is directed to process the above said final report, within a time stipulated as per Rules. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is disposed of as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
