ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent Police not to harass the petitioner and her family under the guise of enquiry.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the petitioner gave a complaint before the respondent police and the same is pending. Further he would submit that the third respondent has not preferred any complaint against the petitioner. Hence, there is no petition pending against the petitioner.
3.Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
