ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents-1 & 2 to provide police protection for their life and limb and also a consequential direction to the respondents-1 & 2 to initiate proper legal action in accordance with law as against the respondents-3 to 6 for the high handed atrocious act of threatening the petitioner and his family for putting an end to their life.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on a representation given by the petitioner, enquiry was conducted in CSR No.756 of 2019, during the enquiry it transpired that there is a land dispute between the petitioner and the respondents-3 to 6. The parties were advised to approach the concerned Civil Forum for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD).No. 19664 of 2019 enforcing their rights and the parties have agreed and thereby, the enquiry was closed. The same is recorded.

3. Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
