O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus, directing the 4th respondent to consider and dispose the petitioner complaint, dated 14.10.2023 and consequently to direct the 4th respondent to investigate the petitioner's complaint, within the time period stipulated by this Court.

2.On 06.11.2023 as per the order of this Court, the 6th and 7th respondents were impleaded in this case.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the complaint was received by the 6th respondent/E.O.W. No.I, Madurai only on 24.11.2023. Enquiry is going to be completed shortly. Hence, prays for short time to complete the enquiry.

4.In view of the aforesaid submission, the sixth respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order after completing the official formalities, further steps shall be taken. Accordingly, this petition stands disposed of. No costs.
