O R D E R

The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Section 420 of IPC and 66(D) of IT Act, in connection with Crime No.11 of 2023, dated 18.04.2023, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused cheated the defacto complainant to the tune of Rs.26,93,980/-, on the pretext that if he invests money in ''B WAY Suxes E Com Private Limited'', it will be doubled. 3.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is ready to co-operate for the investigation, this Court, by its earlier order, dated 28.01.2025 has granted an interim anticipatory bail, with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the respondent police from 30.01.2025 and to co-operate for investigation.

4.Today(17.02.2025), when this petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submits that this petitioner has not adhered the order of this Court and he has appeared before the respondent police only for four days.

5.Considering the conduct of this petitioner that after obtaining an interim order from this Court, he has not co-operated for the investigation, this Court is not inclined to entertain this Criminal Original Petition. 6.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
