Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order in H/SCSS/DEF/DLGS DT AT SVK THE, dated 28.08.2019, of the second respondent herein and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 1 and 2 herein to give prevailing quarterly interest under fixed deposit savings scheme to petitioner's fixed deposit accounts in the second respondent office bearing fixed deposit account No.3794261466 regularly to the petitioner.
