2. In the order dated 23.09.2025 the satisfaction Court is wrongly mentioned as 'The Judicial Magistrate, Thanjavur' instead of 'The Judicial Magistrate Court, Thiruvaiyar". Further, two weeks time is extended to the petitioner to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, from the date on which, the order copy made ready.

3. Therefore, the Registry is directed to carry out necessary correction and issue a fresh order copy.
