2.Today(29.01.2024), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. 3.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the land sought to be surveyed is the land belongs to the Government and a proceedings of the District Revenue Officer, dated 26.05.2023 has also been produced before this Court to that effect.
