ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in respect of complaint pending in CSR.No.779 of 2019 on the file of the third respondent to the second respondent. 2.Today, whn the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, an enquiry had been conducted in C.S.R.No.779 of 2019. During the enquiry, it was found that a false complaint had been given by the petitioner and thereby, the enquiry had been closed. 3.At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not been served with closure report.

4.In view of the above, a direction is issued to the respondent police to give a copy of the closure report to the petitioner. The petitioner is at liberty to proceed against the same, in accordance with law.
