O R D E R This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent to file final report in connecting Crime No.118 of 2023, dated 03.08.2023 on the file of the respondent police based on the representation dated 30.10.2023.

2.The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.118 of 2023, which was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148, 294(b), 302, 307, 115, 506(ii) r/w 109 of IPC and Section 4 of TNPHW Act. The grievance of the petitioner is that though the case was registered on 03.08.2023, so far no progress is made in this case. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent would submit that after completing the investigation final report was filed before the concerned Court namely Judicial Magistrate Court, Srivaikundam, through e-filing NO.C20230006 on 03.11.2023. 4.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this criminal original petition stands disposed of. 06.11.2023 2/4
