2.The sentence imposed on the petitioner was suspended vide order dated 19.08.2024. The petitioner was asked to report before the Inspector of Police, Tallakulam Police Station, Madurai on every Saturday at 10.30 am. Citing hardship, the petitioner seeks modification of the said condition. 3.We are satisfied that a case for modification has been made out. The condition imposed on the petitioner earlier is modified. The petitioner shall report before the Additional District and Sessions Court (FTC), Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District on the first working day of every month. 2/4
