This petition is filed to condone the delay of 86 days in filing the above Writ Appeal.

2.Though notice has been served to the respondent, none appeared on behalf of the respondent either in person or through counsel. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 86 days, however, on payment of costs.
