[Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.] The prayer in this writ petition is for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to conduct a proper enquiry regarding implementation of Panchayat Welfare Schemes, like, MGREG Scheme, IYR Housing Schemes, Green House Subsidy Schemes and all other Schemes and to take appropriate action, based on the petitioner's representation dated 05.06.2017.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 05.06.2017 has already been considered and closed and therefore, no further adjudication is required in respect of the grounds raised in this writ petition.

3. Recording the above submission, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
