This petition has been filed seeking direction to modify the order passed by the District and Sessions Judge at Nagercoil in Crl.M.P No. 5898 of 2019 dated 13.12.2019 with regard to the condition No.2.

2. This petition for direction has been filed before this Court directly without approaching the concerned court which has granted anticipatory bail.

3. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the trial court seeking for direction to modify the condition. If the same is rejected by the concerned court, the petitioner can very well approach this Court.
