The petitioners herein are the respondents in M.C.No.18 of 2013 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thoothukudi. They have filed this application to call for the records pertaining to the said case and quash the same as illegal.

2.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the dispute between the petitioners and the respondent had been settled amicably, for which, they have filed a compromise memo in the trial Court itself.
