ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the 2nd Respondent police not to harass the petitioners by interfering the issue involved in pending suit in O.S.No.503/2023 on the file of the learned district Munsif, Karur.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by the fourth respondent, enquiry was undertaken. During the course of enquiry, this petitioner appeared and gave statement that he will produce the documents. But, later, he has moved this Court with this petition.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in view of the issue between the parties, a suit in O.S.No..503 of 2023 is pending before the learned District Musnif Court, Trichy.

4. In view of the developments, let the petitioner appear before the third respondent herein and produce the documents pertaining to the pendency of the suit. The third respondent shall close the complaint by advising the parties to work out remedy in the pending suit.

5. With this direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
