O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.09 of 2023 from the second respondent to any other competent Officer to conduct prompt investigation and to cull out the truth.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) for the respondent police would submit that while hearing the Anticipatory bail proceedings by the learned Principal District Judge, Madurai, the matter was referred to mediation.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that sofar no notice is received by the petitioner from the mediation centre.
4. According to the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), the case is posted for further progress in mediation on 08.12.2023.
5. In view of the above submission, on receiving notice from the mediation centre, the petitioner may appear before the Mediator. No transfer of enquiry arises at this stage. Accordingly, this Criminal 2/4
Original Petition is dismissed.
