2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police at 10.30 am., on the first working of every English Calendar Month until further orders.
