O R D E R

This Criminal Revision is directed against the judgment passed in M.C.No.43 of 2020 on the file of the Family Court, Theni.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 05.01.2023, this court considering the nature of the dispute and also the submissions made by the 1/3

learned counsel for both sides, referred the matter to mediation and after mediation, report has been received stating that the parties have entered into compromise and they have also enclosed the settlement agreement.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned counsel on either side and also the parties are present before this Court. The contents of the joint compromise memo are read over and explained to both the parties and they would admit the same. It is not in dispute that the respondent/complainant has admitted the receipt of Rs.13 Lakhs and she has agreed to receive the remaining amount of Rs.10 Lakhs at the time of letting evidence in the mutual consent petition before the concerned Court. Joint Compromise Memo is recorded.

4. Recording the compromise entered into between the parties, this Criminal Revision is disposed of, in the terms of the Joint Compromise Memo. The said Joint Compromise Memo and the settlement agreement shall form part of this order. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 15.06.2023 das 2/3
