ORDER

This petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent Police to complete the investigation in Crime No.6 of 2023 and file the final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation has been completed and the charge sheet was filed through e-filing before the Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Theni, on 08.05.2024. The same has been taken on file in C.C.No.4597 of 2024.

4. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had filed a copy application on 10.10.2024, but the same was returned with the reason that no charge sheet had been filed.

5. The trial Court is directed to take the charge sheet on file within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if it has not already been taken on file, and issue summons to the accused.

6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
