This Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the fourth respondent to reimbursed the medical expenses incurred by the petitioner's husband Late P. Mathanan under NHIS Scheme as sanctioned by the third respondent by proceedings in Na.Ka. K.1/6/2023/K1 dated 09.05.2023 and forwarded to the fourth respondent by the 1st respondent 2/5

through proceedings in L.Dis. No.16345/PNHIS-1/2023 dated 06.02.2025 within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.The claim of the petitioner had been favourably recommended by the third respondent by his communication dated 09.05.2023 and forwarded by the first respondent by his communication dated 06.02.2025 and the same is pending with the fourth respondent.

3. In view of the same, there shall be a direction to the fourth respondent to consider the case of the petitioner as recommended by the third respondent in his communication dated 09.05.2023 and forwarded by the first respondent dated 06.02.2025 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
