O R D E R
(Order of the Court was made by C.V.Karthikeyan, J.) The detenue aged about 17 years is again present today. She had been produced from the Child Welfare Committee at Virudhunagar. It has been informed by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that a statement had been recorded under Section 164 of Cr.P.C. and she had also been subjected to medical examination. She expressed her willingness to go with her mother. We enquired with the mother of the detenue, who had stated that she would take care of the detenue.
2. In view of the fact that the detenue had been produced and had been handed over to the lawful custody of her mother, we would close the Habeas Corpus Petition.
