ORDER

This writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage, after hearing the petitioner and dispensing with notice to the respondents, since no adverse order is passed against them in this writ petition.

2. The petitioner seeks a direction to the first respondent to take suitable action against the second respondent on the basis of her representation dated 28.01.2025.

3. According to the petitioner, she had obtained a housing loan from the second respondent and repaid the dues. However, the second respondent did not return the original document. Hence, she submitted a representation to the first respondent seeking action against the second respondent. Since the said representation has not been considered, she has approached this Court.

4. Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this writ petition, and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.01.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording reasonable opportunity to the petitioner. 2/4
