ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.33 of 2023 on the file of the Fast Track Mahila Court, Sivagangai within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for petitioners. Since the revision is filed for seeking early disposal, no notice is necessary to the respondents.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioners submitted that the above said suit was filed in the year 2023 by the revision petitioners / plaintiffs for partition and in the said suit, the 1st respondent / defendant has filed a written statement on 08.06.2023 and thereafter, the same is being adjourned by the trial Court without assigning any valid reason and therefore, the suit may be disposed of within the time stipulated by this Court.

Having been taken into consideration of the material facts and circumstances and that the suit is pending for the past one year, this Court is of the view that in the interest of justice, a direction may be issued to the learned Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Sivagangai to dispose of suit as expeditiously as possible.

5. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Sivagangai to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.33 of 2023 pending on his file within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order on merits and in accordance with law.
