ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/ Accused apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police 1/3

for the offences under Sections 109, 147, 148, 341, 294(b), 307 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.125 of 2023, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case is registered for the third occurrence stated to have taken place on 03.08.2023, wherein one Tamilarasan is the complainant. Krishnan is one of the accused, stating that on 03.08.2023 at about 2.15 p.m., his brother namely Ayyanar was assaulted by Krishnan, Uthayamani, Thirusenthilmurugan, Vallarasu, Karppurasundrapandi, Alagar and Dharma, wherein Ayyanar sustained grievous injury, he was taken to the hospital. Before that one Tamilarasan lodged a complaint against Vignesh, Murugan and etc, stating that on 05.08.2022, at about 8.15 p.m., the accused persons trespassed into the house and caused assault. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that four previous cases are pending against the petitioner.

4.Considering the bad antecedents of the petitioner, the earlier anticipatory application filed by the petitioner was dismissed by this Court. Now I find absolutely, no change of circumstances to entertain this petition. 2/3
