The present writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to defer the Disciplinary Proceedings initiated vide charge memo in F1/Tha.Pa.No.86/2017, dated 31.08.2017, till the disposal of the criminal case registered in Crime No.18/2017, dated 02.08.2017, on the file of All Women Police Station, Theni.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the criminal case registered against the petitioner was ended in acquittal.
